Executive Summary
The Regional Institute for Peace, Development and Connectivity (RIPDC) will be an independent, non-profit policy and implementation institute headquartered in Dubai, serving Afghanistan, Central Asia, South Asia, and the Gulf.
Its purpose is to bridge the gap between policy research and practical implementation by providing evidence-based analysis, technical assistance, project implementation, strategic dialogue, and capacity development.
Unlike traditional think tanks, RIPDC will combine research with field implementation, enabling governments, donors, private-sector partners, and communities to design and deliver effective, sustainable solutions.
